In an age of constant information and immediate feedback, why do so many struggle to communicate effectively?
 
For over 90 years, the DISC behavioral profile has been used to gain a better understanding of individual communication preferences and behavior. Each style is represented in highly successful people. However, the most successful people are self-aware and can adapt to different styles in different situations.

When's the last time you heard someone complain about communication in your organization?   How about at home or with friends?    Have you ever said something with every good intention that was perceived in a completely different way?
